Delivery

We deliver via DHL. Delivery would take 14 - 20 working days depending on the country. Be aware that international shipping can get complicated by customs and other factors. If you have a problem getting your stuff, we’re sorry. We’ll try to do what we can to minimize potential issues, but we can’t guarantee flawless international shipping every time. Also, be aware that while we accept returns or exchanges on international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. But if you have problems, please send us a message and we’ll do what we can to help. Please be aware that customs duties and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Returns

We accept items bought in our store in new condition with the original tags attached for store credit or exchange.
To submit a return, please contact us.

• All return items should reach us within 7 working days (Cambodia orders) or 28 working days (international orders) from the date the order was delivered.
• Delivery fees for returns are not covered
• Please use a trackable mode of delivery for your item to reach us safely
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags intact.
